We are looking for an exceptional technology leader β€” someone who combines deep technical expertise, hands-on full-stack capabilities, strong project management, architectural thinking, product ownership, and proven experience leading global development teams.
A person who takes full ownership, thinks ahead, prevents problems before they occur, and removes all technological bottlenecks from the leadership’s plate.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle end-to-end: architecture, planning, roadmaps, prioritization, delivery, QA, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and drive complex technological projects in SAAS, high-traffic, high-load, and data-intensive environments.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, specifications, and product features.
  • Architect and oversee scalable systems: Multi-Tenant, Event-Driven, Microservices, and high-performance infrastructures.
  • Lead remote development teams (strong advantage for managing teams in India/Pakistan): hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management, and delivery oversight.
  • Establish and manage DevOps processes: CI/CD, containerization, cloud deployments, monitoring, alerting, observability, and incident response.
  • Own quality end-to-end: automated tests, load testing, QA workflows, stability, and reliability.
  • Manage large data pipelines: ETL, aggregations, log processing, data optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Handle risk management: identifying issues early, mitigating delays, building fallback plans, and eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate closely with executives and cross-functional stakeholders; maintain transparency and high-quality reporting.

 

Hands-On Development (Front & Back)

  • Participate directly in development when necessary, maintaining high standards of code quality, architecture, security, and maintainability.
  • Provide strong technical leadership by example β€” implementing critical components, performing code reviews, shaping best practices, and guiding developers.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure accurate, predictable, and timely delivery across the development pipeline.

 

Must-Have Qualifications - Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of proven Full-Stack development experience:
    • React / Next.js – advanced architecture, SSR/SSG, performance optimization.
    • Node.js – microservices, APIs, scaling, optimization, DB integration.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling complex SAAS platforms, including:
    • CRM systems, automation engines, workflow platforms
    • Billing, permissions, multi-tenant architectures
    • Advanced integrations and event-driven systems
  • Experience with high-load / high-traffic systems, performance tuning, caching layers, and CDN usage.
  • Proficiency in data-intensive environments: ETL, data pipelines, log management, aggregations, indexing, query optimization.
  • Strong architectural capabilities: system design, scalability strategies, security, and infrastructure planning.
  • Solid DevOps experience: Docker, CI/CD, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), monitoring/observability tools, fault detection, and resilience.
  • Experience performing load testing, performance testing, and building highly stable environments under peak load.

     

Leadership & Management

  • Proven experience managing remote development teams.
  • Strong advantage: managing and coordinating teams in India/Pakistan.
  • End-to-end delivery management: scoping, estimation, scheduling, prioritization, reporting, and executive communication.
  • Ability to manage development budgets, team hours, and offshore resource allocations.
  • Enforcement of engineering standards: code quality, security, governance, and documentation.

     

Product Ownership

  • Strong product mindset: understanding user journeys, KPIs, UX flows, and product goals.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into clear PRDs, feature specs, and actionable dev tasks.
  • Roadmap planning: short-term execution and long-term product vision.
  • Ability to lead innovation and propose solutions proactively.

Major Advantages

  • Experience with AI/LLM/Agents, AI-powered automation, or AI-driven product features.
  • Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Knowledge of observability stacks: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry.
  • Background in Marketing Tech: automation platforms, campaign engines, triggers, funnels.
  • Experience building products from scratch (0β†’1) in fast-growing SAAS or startup environments.
