Weβre looking for a Junior Customer Success Specialist β someone organized, proactive, and people-oriented, who can help us deliver a smooth and professional experience to every customer and keep our internal workflows running efficiently.
Your role will be a mix of communication quality control, light process management, and team support. You will help maintain consistent standards across customer interactions and ensure that our internal team stays aligned, organized, and productive.
What Youβll Do
Customer Communication & Experience
- Review messages, responses, and call interactions to ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency.
- Help the team improve communication quality by giving constructive, supportive feedback.
Make sure follow-ups are done on time and customer experience stays strong end-to-end.
Process & Workflow Support
- Keep internal workflows and CRM data clean and up to date.
- Monitor daily activity metrics and flag gaps or delays.
- Identify where communication or process breakdowns happen and propose improvements.
Maintain structure and organization across customer touchpoints.
Team Support & Coordination
- Help team members stay aligned with daily goals and standards.
- Participate in short daily check-ins and track priorities.
- Assist with onboarding new team members on communication and workflow expectations.
