Affiliate Manager $$ Offline

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team.
Our main verticals are Smartlinks in Dating and iGaming.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new affiliates through forums, social media, and professional communities;
• Communicate with existing partners via chats, calls, and offer recommendations;
• Analyze affiliate performance, identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks;
• Reactivate inactive partners, uncover barriers, and propose solutions;
• Conduct targeted research on strategic and operational topics;
• Handle support tickets and assist partners—occasionally outside standard working hours (if needed).

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in a CPA or Smartlink network;
• English and Russian at B2+ level (additional languages are a plus);
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal;
• Proactive mindset: able to find answers rather than wait for instructions;
• Confidence in negotiations and video calls with new and existing partners;
• Team player with a willingness to contribute ideas and improve processes;
