Requirements
 

- 6+ years of experience as Product Manager with 4+ years of experience as Lead Product Manager in product companies only, NOT OUTSTAFF/OUTSOURCE.
- Proven track record of launching successful B2B SaaS products β€” not just features, but entire products built for specific customer segments with clear impact on revenue and adoption.
- Strong analytical mindset β€” able to process large volumes of information, identify patterns, and focus on what truly moves the needle.
- Technically fluent β€” comfortable working hands-on with engineers, digging into data, and making sense of technical architecture to shape better products.
- Experience building products where success was driven by technology and innovation, not just process improvements or UX polish.
- A builder at heart β€” you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty to figure things out.
- Deeply curious and energized by emerging tech, especially AI, ML, agents β€” you don’t wait to be told what to build; you explore, validate, and drive the vision.
- Strong product intuition paired with a structured, metrics-first approach β€” you set clear KPIs, track what matters, and know how to grow a product through acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Confident working with customers β€” you know when and how to run customer development, gather real feedback, and turn insights into action.
- Exceptional communication skills in distributed teams β€” clear, proactive, and collaborative in both written and verbal formats.
- Fluent in English (C1+).


Responsibilities
 

- Define and own the product roadmap β€” translate strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Drive product innovation β€” lead the development of new AI-powered sub-products and features that create business value and open new revenue streams.
- Improve how we work β€” streamline product and design workflows to accelerate delivery and improve team efficiency.
- Develop and scale the team β€” mentor a senior-level product team, contribute to hiring, and foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally β€” work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared ownership of product goals.
- Leverage data at every step β€” use customer insights, performance metrics, and research to inform product decisions and measure impact.
- Understand the market β€” monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging tech to identify strategic product opportunities.
