Middle Project Manager

Join Our Team as a Project Manager!

At Banza, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can effectively lead IT projects, coordinate teams, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions for our clients.
 

What We’re Looking For:

✔ At least 3 years of experience in IT project management (managing 3-5 projects simultaneously).
✔ Deep understanding of each stage of the Project Life Cycle.
✔ Proven experience in client and team management.
✔ Strong knowledge and practical application of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
✔ Experience with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
✔ Familiarity with at least one of the following systems: ERP, CRM, accounting, document management systems, etc.
✔ English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

✔ Experience working with the Creatio platform.
✔ Knowledge of business process notation.
✔ Project management certifications.

✔ Experience collaborating with clients from African countries.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Creating a project timeline, updating it, and ensuring execution on both the team and client sides.
✔ Managing different contract types: Fixed Price, Time & Material, Outstaff.
✔ Handling critical situations during project execution.
✔ Documenting key project milestones.
✔ Setting objectives, managing priorities, and ensuring task completion by the project team.
✔ Managing risks and resolving conflicts.
✔ Establishing a clear connection between the Creatio product line and expected business outcomes for the client.
✔ Aligning project timelines and conditions with the client.
✔ Participating in pre-project analysis.
✔ Handling contracts related to project support.
