As we grow, we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager — someone who can turn creative partnerships into real impact. You’ll connect with creators who genuinely align with our mission, shape authentic collaborations, and help our brand’s voice travel further than ever before.

We’re not just looking for someone to run campaigns. We want a relationship builder — someone who understands the influencer world inside out, spots trends before they peak, and knows how to translate brand values into stories people believe in.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and manage meaningful relationships with influencers, creators, and ambassadors who share our values.
  • Source, negotiate, and onboard new creators across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness, trust, and growth.
  • Coordinate product shipments and ensure smooth communication from briefing to final delivery.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the content, social media, and product teams to maintain consistent brand storytelling.
  • Identify cultural and platform trends that can inspire future campaigns and creative directions.

 

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in lifestyle, wellness, or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to manage negotiations and long-term partnerships with influencers (including Tier 1).
  • Strategic mindset with strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English for smooth international collaboration.
  • Creative intuition paired with analytical thinking — you know what feels right and what works.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms like Upfluence, Insense, Aspire, or similar is a plus.

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with UGC and paid influencer ads.
  • Understanding of DTC or e-commerce performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of content rights, contracts, and influencer compliance.
  • Comfort working across different regions and time zones.
