About the Project
AI-powered tourism platform for tour operators, OTAs, and travel agency chains. An entirely new way to book, experience, and visualize holiday packages is now available — designed for a new generation of travelers. It’s the only platform in the industry that allows users to seamlessly combine any experiences (such as festivals, concerts, retreats, and more) with flights and hotels, booking everything directly with maximum convenience and zero hassle.

Team: 9 Engineers (BE, FE), Data Scientist, CTO

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing team well-being, performance, and professional growth of 9+ engineers
- Leading hiring efforts and scaling the team to 16 engineers
- Coordinating daily activities and ensuring cross-pod alignment
- Tracking project delivery to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes
- Removing obstacles and fostering team autonomy
- Translating the CTO’s priorities into actionable context for engineers
- Preserving a high-trust, low-bureaucracy culture as the team grows
- Making operational decisions, including task allocation and pod structure
Providing weekly updates and reports to the CTO
Must-haves:
- Managing engineering teams (10-20+ engineers, senior teams preferred)
- Servant leader mindset — You enable and remove blockers, you don’t control or micromanage
- Startup experience — You’ve worked in fast-moving, chaotic environments where things change quickly
- Comfortable with AI-augmented development — You understand AI coding tools are the future, even if you don’t code yourself
- Scaling experience — You’ve grown teams from 10 to 30+ while maintaining culture
- Upper intermediate level of English
Nice-to-haves:
- B2B SaaS or integration/API product experience
- Travel/tourism industry knowledge
