We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Concierge Specialist to join our Customer Support team!

  

The support team is mainly assigned to client requests by subscription, including support for our products (CRM system). Besides that, the team can be requested to assist with user guides, release notes, and testing. All shifts are scheduled (11:00 AM – 08:00 PM / 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).                                            
                    

Join a dedicated team consisting of four members, including three Concierge Specialists and a Project Manager. Together, we aim to provide top-tier solutions and support!
 

Requirements: 

  • Ability to analyze data and issues effectively. 
  • Upper-intermediate level with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to design and deliver compelling presentations. 
  • Skilled in facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets, ensuring efficient documentation and data handling. 

     

Would be a Plus: 

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and tools. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Determine root causes and troubleshoot effectively. 
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of issues. 
  • Compose clear and comprehensive release notes for product updates. 
  • Develop user-friendly guides and engaging presentations. 
  • Provide statistical reports and insights on support activities. 
  • Check Support and Concierge mailboxes regularly and take appropriate action. 
  • Communicate effectively with clients, updating them on progress and outcomes.
