AI Prompt Engineer

The Role: AI Prompt Engineer / Research Assistant

You'll be part of the small, core team helping our AI learn to think and communicate like a top-performing human. You'll experiment, build, and constantly iterate.

Your work will be seen and used by real customers - in the U.S., Europe, and beyond.

You will:

• Write and optimize prompts that guide how our AI "thinks" and "talks";
• Design realistic conversations between AI and humans (sales, coaching, empathy, etc.);
• Analyze AI outputs and refine for accuracy, tone, and compliance;
• Research and test different sales, communication, and behavior models;
• Collaborate with founders and engineers to improve product intelligence.
   

This is a creative, technical, and analytical role - perfect for someone who lives and breathes AI and wants to grow fast.

What We're Looking For

We don't care about your degree. We care about your hunger, brains, and curiosity.

You might be the right person if you:

• Write and think fluently in English;
• Spend hours experimenting with ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, and other AI models & tools;
• Love learning, figuring out how things work, and pushing limits;
• Have a mix of logic + creativity - analytical and human at the same time;
• Thrive in fast, messy, startup environments where you get stuff done.
   

Bonus points for:

• Side projects (anything that shows initiative);
• Experience in linguistics, psychology, computer science, or sales;

• Understanding of how people communicate, persuade, or make decisions.
