You will become the person who supports the full employee lifecycle, helps the team stay organized, improves internal processes, and contributes to creating an environment where people feel happy, productive, and connected β€” while the business stays efficient and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain all stages of the Employee Life Cycle (ELC);
  • Automate and simplify HR processes wherever possible;
  • Prepare, update, and maintain internal documentation;
  • Contribute to building a healthy, positive, and productive work environment;
  • Help ensure people’s happiness while keeping business needs aligned;
  • Assist with organizational tasks, coordination, and communication within the team.
     

Requirements

  • Ability to automate, optimize, or simplify HR processes;
  • Strong documentation skills β€” clear and structured writing;
  • Understanding of what drives employee happiness and motivation;
  • Stress resilience and emotional stability;
  • Proactiveness and initiative;
  • High level of involvement and ownership.
     

Nice to have

  • Understanding or experience in HR brand development;
  • Interest in culture-building and internal communications.
