Head of Media Production

We’re looking for a πŸ’‘ creative, πŸŽ₯ media-savvy, and πŸš€ growth-oriented Head of Media Production who will launch and scale our media projects from idea to impact. If you know how to turn concepts into content that people actually watch, understand platform algorithms, and love making things go viral β€” this role is made for you.

You’ll build and run media projects across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels (and beyond): from concept β†’ production β†’ publishing β†’ promotion β†’ analytics. You’ll also collaborate with brands, partners, and advertisers on exciting integrations.

This is a role with big creative freedom and real influence.

 

 

✨ What You’ll Do

  • πŸ’‘ Generate creative ideas, formats & concepts tailored to each platform
  • πŸ“Ί Launch and manage YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other social channels
  • πŸ” Track and analyze trends, formats, and audience behaviors
  • πŸ“ˆ Build promotion strategies: ads, organic growth, collaborations, influencers
  • 🎬 Produce content (shooting, editing, graphics) or manage production teams
  • 🀝 Pitch & sell branded integrations, sponsorships, partnerships
  • πŸ“Š Analyze project metrics (views, engagement, growth, ROI) and suggest improvements

 

 

🌟 What We Expect

  • πŸŽ₯ Experience with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram (formats, algorithms, content dynamics)
  • πŸ”₯ Strong trend intuition and ability to create content that performs
  • 🧩 Experience producing or promoting video/social content
  • πŸ’Ό Sales & negotiation skills: pitching integrations, preparing commercial offers
  • πŸ“Š Analytical mindset: interpreting data, building reports, optimizing content
  • πŸ› οΈ Editing/post-production skills or coordination experience (Premiere, AE, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)
  • 🀝 Excellent communication skills and ability to work with influencers & partners
