Head of Deliverability

We are looking for a Head of Deliverability responsible for advanced diagnostics, strategic analysis, and optimization of our entire email environment: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS configuration, domain/IP reputation, blacklist monitoring, compliance, close cooperation with marketing teams, and performance reporting.

πŸ” Email Deliverability Monitoring

Track and improve deliverability metrics across transactional and marketing campaigns.

πŸ›  Advanced Diagnostics

Perform technical audits (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, blacklist monitoring) and implement improvements.

⭐ Reputation Management

Maintain strong domain and IP reputation, manage blacklists, and minimize spam complaints.

βš–οΈ Compliance Management

Ensure compliance with GDPR and provider-specific policies.

🀝 Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and IT teams to align campaigns with deliverability best practices.

πŸ“Š Reporting & Analysis

Generate reports, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

 

πŸ’‘ Key Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or email deliverability.
  • Proven record of improving deliverability and sender reputation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ESP platforms (Customer.io, SendGrid, Smartico).
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (PowerBI, Looker Studio).
  • Experience with warm-up and monitoring tools (Folderly, Warmy, GlockApps, mail-tester, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of dedicated/shared IP setups, IP warming, and reverse DNS.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and international email compliance standards.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
