Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Director who will lead the creative direction across all client projects and ensure that every piece of content reflects strong thinking, clear strategy, and high-quality execution.
This role is ideal for someone who can connect business goals, market trends, and strong creative ideas β and turn them into structured strategies, content plans, briefs, scripts, and a streamlined production workflow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Content Strategy
- Develop creative strategies and content strategies for clients across various industries.
- Conduct research, content audits, and competitive analysis.
- Build strong creative concepts and βKey Performance Ideasβ that tie creativity to measurable results.
2. Content Planning & Ideation
- Create detailed content plans for social media, YouTube, ads, and integrated campaigns.
- Ideate video concepts, narratives, hooks, visual styles, and storytelling frameworks.
3. Briefing & Scriptwriting
- Write clear briefs for designers, editors, copywriters, and motion designers.
- Create scripts for short- and long-form videos, commercials, explainers, and UGC-style content.
4. Creative Review & Quality Control
- Participate in internal reviews for every content piece before it goes to the client.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the quality standard, follow the strategy, and align with client KPIs.
- Provide structured and constructive feedback to the creative team.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers, marketers, designers, and the production team.
- Help optimize the content pipeline and improve internal processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Creative Director, Creative Lead, or Senior Content Strategist.
- Strong portfolio in digital content, video, social media, or advertising.
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Understanding of performance creative (CTR, retention, CVR, hooks, SEO basics, etc.).
- Solid understanding of video and design production workflows.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of quality.
- Ability to explain creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Good English (ability to work with U.S. clients; we can help you improve further).
Nice to Have
- Agency experience.
- Experience with Webflow, AI creative tools, or AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience working with the U.S. market.
