Head of Operations
π― Mission:
We are looking for a high-performing, KPI-obsessed Head of Operations who will take full control over our operational departments and drive performance across the board. Your goal is simple: set targets, enforce discipline, optimize processes, and ensure each team hits their numbers β every day, every week, every month.
πΌ What Youβll Own:
β Full operational oversight of 5 departments: CRM Β· Promotions Β· Casino Operations Content Β· Support.
β Setting and implementing KPIs for each team; tracking them religiously.
β Running daily/weekly check-ins with team leads and enforcing accountability.
β Establishing clear processes and automation across all departments.
β Fixing bottlenecks, eliminating inefficiencies, and enforcing deadlines.
β Coordinating with Product, BI, and Finance to align on performance goals.
β Building a results-driven culture: we donβt manage hours, we manage outcomes.
β Making sure no task or target is ever βfloatingβ β ownership is mandatory.
β Reporting directly to founders with clear, metric-based updates.
β Hiring, firing, and reorganizing teams based on performance.
β Must-Have Experience:
β 3+ years in a similar role in iGaming (casino, sportsbook, or affiliate ops).
β Proven track record managing multi-functional teams (25β50+ people).
β Experience launching or scaling teams/processes in a startup environment.
β Obsession with metrics, dashboards, KPIs and optimization.
