What will you be responsible for

• Design and produce engaging video and visual content for Clario apps (iOS and Android) and new mobile products, primarily using AI creative tools.
• Collaborate daily with the marketing team to discuss acquisition results, marketing metrics, and campaign performance. Bring fresh ideas and AI-driven approaches to improve results.
• Work side by side with Creative Producer on high-performing creatives.
• Analyze campaign data to understand how your AI-generated content impacts performance and apply insights for continuous improvement.
• Develop variations of successful creatives based on analytics and testing.

What you need for this position

• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated creative content.
• Passion for working with AI tools for creative production and experimentation.
• Understanding of marketing metrics and performance-driven design (an advantage).
• Ability to turn concepts into results quickly, test hypotheses, and adapt based on data.
• Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Photoshop, Figma).
• Highly self-organized with strong time management skills.
• Data- and result-driven mindset.
