About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Coordinator — someone organized, responsible, and proactive, who can help our sales team stay on track and perform at their best.
This is not a cold-calling or heavy sales role — your focus will be on team performance, communication quality, and improvement.

We will teach you everything about the sales process — what matters most is your strong English, your ability to analyze and guide people, and your sense of responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor daily team KPIs (calls, messages, appointments, deals)
• Check the quality of communication and follow-ups
• Listen to calls and help team members improve

• Keep workflows organized
