Middle Backend Developer

AKURATECO is a cutting-edge white-label payment software provider, helping payment service providers, merchants, and financial institutions launch and scale their payment businesses fast, without the burden of complex development or infrastructure.We're looking for a MIDDLE BACKEND DEVELOPER to join our team!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial software development experience;
• Proven working experience with PHP 7.4+ (8.x is a strong plus);
• Practical experience with a Symfony framework;
• Deep understanding of core software development principles (OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID);
• Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs;
• Ability to write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code;
• Intermediate (B1-B2) level or higher for active team communication.
  
  NICE TO HAVE:
•  Experience integrating with external Payment Service Providers (PSPs);
• Familiarity with code quality tools (PHPMD, PHPCPD);
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines;
  
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain specific functional modules and services;
• Develop and implement integrations with external payment systems and third-party services;
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, including unit tests;
• Actively participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and team decision-making processes;
• Participate in refactoring and optimization of the existing codebase to improve performance and reliability.
