About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing affiliate network operating in the Crypto vertical. They are expanding and building new teams. We are looking for a Senior / Team Lead Media Buyer — a strong strategist and hands-on professional ready to lead and scale a team from scratch.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of media buyers; participate in hiring.

Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategies for Tier 1 GEOs.

Optimize campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and ensure profitability.

Run hands-on campaigns and test hypotheses.

Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvements.

Build scalable processes and deliver strong ROI.

Requirements

Proven experience working with Tier 1 traffic (US, Canada, EU, etc.).

Solid background in team management and leadership.

Deep understanding of traffic buying, optimization, and scaling.

Key traits: strategic mindset, adaptability, leadership, and hands-on approach.

No GEO or company restrictions.

Conditions

Remote-first position.

Compensation: unlimited — discussed individually.
