About the Company:
We’re a performance marketing team operating in the Betting & Gambling verticals, with a primary focus on the Turkish market. Our team values hands-on expertise, flexibility, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results independently.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in traffic arbitrage (Betting/Gambling is a must).
• Strong knowledge of Google UAC as a traffic source.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling, and optimizing campaigns for Turkey GEO.
• Solid skills in working with creatives, analytics, anti-detect tools, and trackers.
• Highly self-motivated and result-oriented.

Conditions:

• 💻 Remote format.
• 📄 Service Agreement contract.
• 💰 Salary from $2,000 + bonuses. The team is flexible — if you have strong cases and proven results, we’re open to discussing $3,000+ + KPI.
