Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Your impact:
 

• Assist marketing team with operational tasks;
• Deliver research on marketing activities and analyze content within the Health & Fitness sphere;
• Reviewing advertisements to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines;
• Configure, launch, conduct advertising campaigns on Facebook/Google/etc;
• Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns;
• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns, look for the causes of deviations and opportunities for growth;
• Set technical task for creative and content teams.
   

About you:
 

• Junior marketing specialist or recent graduate in Marketing / Business / Economics / Analytics;
• Intermediate+ English level;
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data, draw insights, and support decision-making;
• Motivated to grow in digital marketing within a leading Ukrainian Health&Fitness Tech company;
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive;
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to test ideas.
   

Would be a plus:
 

• Experience working with data (Excel/Google Sheets);
• Previous experience in digital marketing or analytics projects;
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager, or holds relevant digital advertising certification.
