Head of Performance

We are now seeking a Head of Performance — a strategic yet hands-on leader who will build and evolve the company’s performance marketing framework, develop scalable processes, and drive measurable growth through data, creativity, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a full-cycle performance marketing system and operational processes from scratch
- Define and implement the multi-channel acquisition strategy and testing roadmap
- Develop tracking and BI infrastructure for ROI, CPL, and CAC reporting
- Design and own unit economics models to ensure efficient scaling and profitability
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of performance leads across four key directions
- Launch and oversee the first campaigns to validate strategy and optimize spend efficiency
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams to align on growth objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital leadership roles
- Proven track record in building marketing teams and systems from scratch
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, DSPs, affiliates, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking and BI tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of unit economics, attribution, and key performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, Retention)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams
- Fluent English
Experience in Big 6 agencies (GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas, IPG) will be a strong advantage
