Director of Growth and Sales

We are European CNC manufacturing group with facilities in Poland and Ukraine, supplying high-precision CNC parts, surface finishing, and assemblies across various industries. Our team of over 100 specialists produces more than 7,000 unique part numbers annually, combining precision, flexibility, and scalability from prototype to production.

Role DescriptionThis role is for an ambitious and energetic individual to lead the company's entire commercial direction, from new client acquisition to market brand visibility. It involves integrating sales, marketing, and market expansion plans into a unified growth strategy for Germany, Scandinavia, and the Benelux countries. The role manages sales, marketing, and account management teams and reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute B&K's commercial growth strategy for European markets, identifying target industries, key clients, and channel partners. Align marketing activities, exhibitions, and lead generation with sales goals. Set quarterly sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust tactics for maximum ROI.
  • Sales Management: Lead and mentor sales managers, "hunters," and account managers. Implement and optimize the sales system. Manage relationships with key OEM and Tier-1 clients. Oversee strategic projects and ensure consistent forecasting accuracy.
  • Marketing: Manage the digital marketing team responsible for content, campaigns, and branding. Approve campaigns, product messaging, and promotional strategies for target markets. Evaluate marketing effectiveness through lead generation, cost per lead, and conversion metrics. Maintain unified CRM data across sales and marketing channels.

We Expect From You:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing (preferably CNC or contract manufacturing).
  • Experience integrating sales and marketing teams for measurable revenue results.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and materials.
  • Analytical mindset—ability to manage budgets, targets, and forecasts.
  • Fluent in English (German, Danish, or Swedish is a plus).
  • Experience presenting companies abroad and participating in exhibitions.
  • Willingness to travel (20–30%).
