About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Employer Brand Manager to strengthen Geniusee’s visibility and reputation on the talent market. This role combines marketing, communications, and employer branding — shaping how we tell our story across digital channels, events, and internal initiatives.
 

Preferably looking for candidates from Kyiv.
 

Requirements:
 

● 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on communications, employer brand, or SMM.
● Hands-on experience with social media, media campaigns, and employer brand messaging.
● Strong partnership and negotiation skills, with the ability to build win-win collaborations.
● High level of ownership, adaptability, creativity, and accountability for outcomes.
● Solid understanding of the Ukrainian IT market and what drives specialists today.
● Fluency in Ukrainian and at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English.
● Strategic mindset, initiative, and a genuine passion for bringing ideas to life.
 

Responsibilities:

Employer Brand & Marketing:
● Build and implement a data-driven employer brand strategy aligned with company goals.
● Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, DOU, and the website — from storytelling to visuals and short-form videos.
● Plan and run brand campaigns, ads, and event activations to attract talent and boost awareness.
● Manage DOU rating, reviews, and articles, ensuring a strong online reputation.
● Track KPIs — awareness, engagement, candidate quality, and reach — and prepare reports.

Internal Communication & Culture:
● Support a culture of transparency and engagement via Slack, Confluence, and company-wide updates.
● Organize team-building activities and cultural events — marathons, recognitions, anniversaries, newcomer onboarding.
● Prepare gifts, visuals, and event materials for internal milestones and celebrations.

Recruitment Marketing & Analytics:
● Maintain and update JD templates, vacancy visuals, and communication standards.
● Monitor performance of employer branding initiatives (reach, engagement, DOU rank, candidate quality, social sentiment).
● Create and manage targeted job promotion campaigns (LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities).
● Run vacancy outreach campaigns by using candidate pools from ATS (email/LinkedIn outreach).
● Manage ad-hoc communication requests and internal campaigns.
