Senior Affiliate Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who thrives on building partnerships, optimizing funnels, and scaling campaigns across Tier-1, EU, and LATAM markets in fin-tech.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale affiliate traffic across Tier-1, EU, and LATAM GEOs within the PDL niche, focusing on high-quality leads and measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced affiliate managers — sharing insights, testing new approaches, and building scalable traffic strategies together.
  • Plan and execute your own affiliate acquisition strategy aligned with company goals: from partner recruitment to funnel optimization and result analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, networks, and traffic partners, ensuring consistent growth and transparent performance tracking.
  • Optimize campaigns and offers through data-driven analysis, focusing on CPL, CPA, CR, EPC, and LTV metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to enhance conversion funnels and post-lead performance.
  • Implement and improve tracking, attribution, and anti-fraud setups using tools such as Affise, Voluum, Keitaro, GA4, GTM, Adjust, Singular.
  • Test and scale new traffic channels and formats — Telegram-bots, in-app, push, smartlinks 2.0, micro-influencers, AI-based partner matching, etc.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and affiliate communities to find new partners and market insights.
     

Professional Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in competitive niches (finance, igaming, betting, crypto, gambling)
  • Proven record of growing and optimizing affiliate portfolios across several GEOs (EU / LATAM / Tier 1).
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics: CR, EPC, ROI, LTV, ARPU.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills: setting up tracking, events, and conversion attribution logic.
  • Experience with Affise, Voluum, Keitaro, GA4, GTM, Adjust, Singular and anti-fraud systems.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of AI-driven tools for traffic analysis, partner segmentation, and fraud detection.
  • English level: B1+ (daily communication with partners and networks)
