You’re a creative and strategic storyteller who understands how to build demand-generation content through thought leadership.
You can take raw ideas, transcripts, or conversations and turn them into smart, scroll-stopping posts that attract founders and decision-makers in SaaS, fintech, and healthtech.
You love structure, clarity, and keeping a consistent narrative across posts.

 

🔹 What You’ll Do

 

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Build and manage a content calendar for LinkedIn (2–4 posts/week)
  • Define recurring content pillars (case studies, insights, founder stories, industry lessons)
  • Suggest formats and angles that align with demand generation goals
  • Research trends and conversation topics in design, SaaS, and tech

 

Writing & Editing

  • Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts in a conversational, human tone
  • Refine ideas and short notes into clear, impactful narratives
  • Create hooks, headlines, and CTAs that drive engagement
  • Collaborate with designer on visuals or carousels

 

Analysis & Optimization

  • Track post performance and identify patterns that work
  • Propose content improvements based on data and engagement
  • Maintain consistency in tone, topics, and storytelling style

 

 

🧠 Skills & Background

  • Excellent written English (C1+), natural storytelling voice
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn content formats and tone
  • Familiar with B2B / founder-driven content and demand generation
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or design fields is a plus
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working asynchronously
