What You’ll Be Doing (AI Animator / Motion Designer)

● Creating original characters — whether through Midjourney, traditional design, or hybrid workflows.
● Preparing weekly animated episodes made of 4–5 short sketches compiled into a single cut.
● Editing, voice syncing (AI or voiceover), adding effects, and rendering final versions.
● Adapting characters and scenes into multiple formats: teasers, creatives, promo assets.
● Collaborating closely with the marketing and production team.
● Developing the visual identity and unified style of our animated universe.

What Makes You a Great Fit

● Experience with AI and animation tools: Midjourney, Sora AI, Runway, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender (or equivalents).
● Skilled in character creation and animated storytelling.
● Strong visual rhythm, storytelling instinct, and humor.
● Able to generate ideas quickly and bring them to life in short formats.
● Creative mindset with a polished sense of style and taste.
