Lead (Claude Code / Django / Python / Angular) $$$$ Offline

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead who codes daily, leverages Claude Code to accelerate development, leads the team, ensures quality, and builds automated tests for QA.

This is a Claude Code–first position: you will spend most of your time coding, conducting code reviews, collaborating with AI, tracking sprint progress, and leading the team by example.

What You’ll Build

• AI agents for leasing, maintenance, HR, accounting, and marketing.
• Real-time analytics dashboards for multi-property operations.
• End-to-end automation of property management workflows.
• Deep integrations with external services such as Yardi, Zillow, Apartments.com, and others.

Responsibilities

• Write fast, clean, and reliable code.
• Use Claude Code daily to generate structured and production-ready code.
• Review and approve pull requests (frontend + backend).
• Create and maintain automated test suites.
• Mentor developers and manage sprint progress.
• Ensure transparency and accountability at every stage of development.

Experience Requirements

• Django/Python — 4+ years of commercial experience, including Django REST Framework.
• Angular/TypeScript — 3+ years of experience developing complex Angular applications.
• Claude Code — daily usage in production workflows.
• AI Integrations — experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs.
• API Integrations — strong understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.
• Databases — solid PostgreSQL knowledge (schema design and optimization).

Leadership & Management

• Oversee daily developer activities and sprint progress.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure automated test coverage.
• Provide technical guidance and help resolve blockers.

Tech Stack

Backend: Django REST Framework, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL (optimization, complex SQL queries), JWT/OAuth, WebSockets, API versioning.

Frontend: Angular 19 (standalone components, signals, SSR), TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, SCSS, responsive layouts (CSS Grid, Flexbox), D3.js, Recharts, or Chart.js

AI & Integrations: Full mastery of the Claude Code workflow, APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Architecture: RESTful, event-driven, Error handling: retry mechanisms, circuit breakers.

Development Tools: Git/GitLab, Docker, Docker Compose, Testing: pytest, Jest, Karma, Code quality: ESLint, Prettier, SonarQube, Agile methodology.
