What You’ll Do

• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions for real-time sales workflow automation.
• Build MVPs, PoCs, and experimental prototypes using LLMs, RAG, and multimodal models.
• Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to turn research ideas into production-grade features.
• Continuously explore new frameworks, tools, and techniques to boost model performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to a culture of experimentation, ownership, and technical excellence.

What You Bring

• Strong Python skills and deep understanding of LLMs / Transformers architecture.
• Experience with LangChain.
• Experience building or optimizing RAG pipelines, ReAct agents, or custom LLM-based APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Data streaming (Kafka).
• A visible track record of ML work – GitHub repos, Kaggle profile, or research papers.
• A product-oriented mindset – you love shipping solutions that make users’ lives easier.

Nice to Have

• MLOps.
• SaaS or B2B product background.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or active engagement in AI communities.
