Media Buying Specialist

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We are currently seeking our ideal Media Buying Specialist
to join our team and achieve better results together. 

Requirements:

• At least 1.5 years of experience - either in product teams or in arbitrage teams, depending on whether there is an interest in working with a product.
• Experience 20k USD/monthly.
• Proficiency in working with Keitaro, AdsPower, and Octo, Spy service. 
• Experience working with Tier 1 countries.
• Experience with PWA and iOS applications.
• Ability to create technical specifications for designers.
• Experience managing large budgets.
• Understanding of key metrics: conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and teamwork abilities.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to set clear tasks.
• Flexibility and adaptability to new job requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in driving traffic from various sources.
• Experience with different types of traffic.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads.
• Experience working with large budgets ($1.5K–$5K daily).
• Strong focus on achieving ROI - slot-based approaches.
• Experience working with Tier 1–2 GEOs.
• Finding and scaling effective funnels and strategies.
• Searching for and creating creatives for traffic acquisition.
• Knowledge of product metrics will be a plus.
