We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronic Technical Team Lead to provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team responsible for the full-cycle development of complex physical products from concept through manufacturing. This critical role demands deep, integrated expertise across mechanics, electronics, and embedded systems.

• You possess deep experience in the full-cycle development of a device from scratch and are ready to lead this function;
• You excel at translating high-level product requirements into decomposed technical tasks and clear engineering solutions;
• You ensure well-established communication and working processes within the team;
• You are proactive in implementing technical documentation and task management, ensuring clarity and transparency;
• Your proposed solutions are verified and capable of meeting the end-user needs.

Requirements/Hard skills:
 

• Strong knowledge of kinematics and dynamics;
• Understanding of motor thrust, weight distribution, and configuring flight controller OS impact on drone aerodynamic behavior;
• Proficiency in CAD systems and mechanical design (SolidWorks, AutoCAD);
• Understanding of thermal insulation and thermal vibration;
• Expertise in the PCB design lifecycle;
• Expertise in Power Management (BMS, PMIC, DC/DC conversion, thermal management);
• Experience with sensor integration (IMU, RS, GPS, cameras, Lidar);
• Integration of communication systems (RC + VR, control & video system transmission);
• Essential protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, Mavlink;
• Hands-on experience with RTOS and specific Flight Control OS (Betaflight, Inav, Arducopter, Arduplane, PX4);
• Mandatory proficiency in C or C++.

Will be a plus:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience with Fusion 360;
• Experience as a Hardware Technical Lead or Architect who successfully delivered a full-cycle device from scratch;
• Clear potential for growth toward Head of Department level role.
