About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Motion Designer with a strong technical orientation and a genuine passion for learning and development. In this role, you’ll support the motion design team in various capacities — from preparing and refining projects to implementing technical improvements that streamline workflows.

This position is ideal for someone who loves diving into After Effects, exploring automation and scripting, and finding smarter ways to enhance creative processes.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Motion Team: Prepare, organize, and finalize projects to ensure efficient collaboration across the team.
• Fix and Enhance Projects: Optimize and improve existing assets, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Create Animations and Motion Graphics: Animate titles, integrate tools like Red Giant’s Particular, and refine visual elements with attention to detail.
• Optimize Workflows: Use automation, scripting, and technical tools to boost productivity. Experience with Expressions, Batch Processing, After Effects Automation, or Python is a plus.
• Work with Advanced Plugins: Utilize plugins such as Red Giant’s Particular, RSMB, and Keylight to achieve professional-quality results.
• Assist with Sound Editing: Handle and integrate audio components as part of motion projects.
• Screen Recording in Unity (Bonus): Experience with screen capture or integration within Unity is highly valued.
• Collaborate with the 3D Team: Support the integration of Maya render passes into After Effects.
   

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Motion Design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (required).
• A technical mindset and the ability to learn independently.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Expressions, After Effects scripting, automation, or Python.
• Great teamwork and communication skills, along with self-motivation and curiosity.
• Experience collaborating with 3D teams and integrating Maya render passes into After Effects is a plus.
