SMM & Community Manager
We’re building a strong brand presence and vibrant community, and we’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on SMM & Community Manager to make that happen.
If you live and breathe social media, love storytelling, and know how to turn followers into fans, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Build and nurture our online community: reply to comments, DMs, and start real conversations.
Collaborate with partners, influencers, and our team to amplify the brand message.
Track key metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and deliver actionable insights.
Prepare monthly performance reports and propose creative improvements.
Experiment with new trends, formats, and storytelling ideas.
Write and send community-focused email newsletters with company updates and highlights.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing brand social media accounts (not just personal).
Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication.
Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
Solid understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
Excellent written English communication skills.
A creative mindset and ability to adapt to brand tone and style.
