🎯 Your Mission

Build a strong and consistent social media presence for iSpeedToLead β€” through smart storytelling, high-quality visuals, and real community engagement.
You’ll own our voice across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, driving brand awareness, engagement, and connection with our real estate audience.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a monthly content plan aligned with brand goals.
  2. Create engaging, high-quality content β€” posts, stories, reels, videos, and newsletters.
  3. Manage daily posting and interactions across all social platforms.
  4. Monitor engagement metrics and analyze performance data to optimize results.
  5. Collaborate with design, performance, and sales teams to ensure a consistent brand tone and message.
  6. Build and nurture community: reply to comments/DMs, engage followers, and spark conversations.
  7. Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
  8. Support product launches, events, and partnerships with creative content.

🧠 What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing social media for a brand (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills β€” you know how to make people care.
  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
  • Understanding of social media analytics (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and English writing skills.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to adapt to brand tone and style.

Goal 1 β€” Build Consistent Content Flow

  • Develop 4-week content plans for each platform (in Airtable).
  • Maintain 3 posts + 3 stories per week per platform.
  • Establish a consistent brand tone and visual style.

Goal 2 β€” Grow Engagement & Followers

  • +10% follower growth across main channels.
  • Maintain β‰₯5% average engagement rate.
  • Launch 2 community activities (polls, challenges, giveaways).

Goal 3 β€” Improve Content Quality

  • Produce 3–4 short videos or reels monthly.
  • Use storytelling-based captions for all posts.
  • A/B test formats to find what performs best.

Goal 4 β€” Strengthen Community Interaction

  • Respond to 90% of comments/DMs within 24h.
  • Initiate at least 2 collabs with micro-influencers.
  • Support product updates and launches with relevant social and email content.

Goal 5 β€” Reporting & Optimization

  • Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Suggest 1–2 new community or newsletter initiatives each month.
