About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Manager/Analyst to join our finance team and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s crypto-asset accounting processes. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in blockchain finance, work with on-chain data, and contribute to financial automation in a rapidly growing Web3 company.

Key Responsibilities

Primary tasks:

• Monitor the completeness and accuracy of transactions reflected in the company’s accounting system for crypto assets held in non-custodial wallets (on-chain) and on centralized exchanges (CEXs).
• Oversee transactions such as staking rewards, internal transfers between wallets, and crypto buy/sell operations.
• Ensure data consistency across 40+ supported blockchains and 5+ exchange accounts.
• Control and process the remaining 10% of transactions that are not yet automated (the system is currently automated by ~90%).

Next-stage tasks (after onboarding):

• Take initiative in further automation of crypto transaction processing.
• Depending on skills and career goals — work on financial accounting or financial analytics tasks.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Interest in blockchain, crypto assets, or Web3 technologies.
• Ability to work independently and with high attention to detail.
• English level: Intermediate+ (for internal communication and documentation).
