Corporate Psychologist / Coach (Full-time, Remote)

As part of our corporate well-being and employee support initiatives, we are expanding our team and seeking a L/D specialist / Psychologist  to help teams maintain balance, develop soft skills, and foster a positive corporate culture.

💼 Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group sessions with employees (support, burnout prevention, stress management, emotional intelligence development).
• Train managers and team leads in communication, feedback, leadership, and stress management.
• Develop and deliver trainings and workshops (teamwork, effective communication, soft skills, leadership).
• Monitor and maintain a healthy psychological climate within the company.
• Contribute to the development of corporate culture and well-being programs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when working with employee and team requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory higher education in Psychology (Bachelor’s, Specialist, or Master’s degree).
• Experience working in a corporate environment (HR, L&D, business coaching, organizational psychology).
• Skills in facilitation, group sessions, and training program development.
• Knowledge of modern approaches: coaching, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, stress management.
• Ability to build trusting relationships while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Certificates such as ICF, Erickson, AC, ECF, CBT — optional, but a plus.
