Video Editor
About the role

We’re looking for a Video Editor to own high-volume production of educational and product content: tutorials, airdrop walkthroughs, later ICO/IDO guides, and project explainers. You’ll cut long-form for YouTube, craft vertical shorts for TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts, add motion graphics, and continuously improve results via analytics.

Responsibilities
- Editing (YT / Shorts / TikTok / IG): Assemble, tighten, and finish long and short videos; repurpose long-form into vertical clips; maintain pacing, hooks, and clear CTAs.
 - Motion design & graphics: Lower thirds, titles, callouts, chapters/timestamps frames, end screens, simple explainers; build reusable MOGRT templates and brand packs.
 - Subtitles & localization: Produce accurate EN/RU subtitles; manage SRT/VTT and burned-in captions; ensure readability on mobile.
 - Color & sound: Color correction/grading and camera matching; audio cleanup, EQ, compression, noise reduction; loudness normalization per platform.
 - Screen captures & overlays: Record/clean desktop or mobile flows; annotate steps for guides (airdrops/ICO/IDO).
 - Analytics & improvement: Read YouTube retention graphs and platform insights; track watch time, completion rate, end-screen CTR; iterate hooks, structure, and packaging.
 - Collaboration: Work with scriptwriters, SMM, and designers on briefs, thumbnails, and copy; incorporate feedback quickly while protecting quality.

Requirements
- 2+ years of editing for product/education or media (YouTube + short-form).
 - Mastery of Premiere Pro (or Final Cut/DaVinci) and After Effects (motion basics). Audition/Resolve Fairlight for audio is a plus.
 - Demonstrated ability to craft fast hooks, clear storytelling, and crisp on-screen explainers.
 - Solid grasp of platform policies (music licensing, claims) and best practices for titles/descriptions/chapters.
 - Comfortable with subtitles/localization workflows (EN/RU).
 - Strong organization, deadline discipline, and excellent async communication.

Nice to have
- DaVinci color management; Blender/Cinema 4D for simple 3D; Lottie/Rive for lightweight motion.
 - Voice-over direction, basic lighting/camera knowledge.
 - Experience in crypto/fintech content (risk disclaimers, no-advice framing).

What we offer
- Remote work, tight feedback loops, and real impact on product roadmap.
 - Space to experiment with formats and automation.
 - Competitive compensation (discussed individually).
