We’re building the next generation of skin-based entertainment and looking for a skilled Social Media & Community Manager to help us scale efficiently and profitably across multiple markets.


Job Summary

As our Social Media & Community Manager, you will grow and shape our social presence across Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok, supported by a mix of in-house and external creative partners to drive community, creativity, and commercial growth. Our social channels aren’t just for broadcasting, they’re where entertainment meets activation. You’ll create engaging, culture-driven content that naturally integrates our offers, campaigns, and product launches, turning big moments into stories people want to watch, share, and act on. This is about speed, consistency, and content innovation, keeping our Skin Gambling and Casino verticals one post, one trend, and one activation ahead of everyone else.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, community, or digital content creation within iGaming, gambling, or esports/gaming industries.
  • Previous experience in SMM (social media marketing) within the CS2 Skin Gambling domain is a must.
  • Proven success in growing high-engagement, multi-platform social accounts (Discord, X/Twitter, and Telegram). Instagram and TikTok are a big plus.
  • Deep understanding of esports, skin gambling/trading, and casino marketing.
  • Gambling-native mindset, fluent in modern trends, meme culture, and digital communities.
  • Strong creative instincts and copywriting ability, can shift from playful tone to promotional clarity.
  • Experience managing content calendars, campaign distribution, and social reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work fluidly across internal and external teams.
  • Familiar with analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Notion, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for collaboration in a remote/global team setting. Additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a big plus.
  • Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.

Strategy & Buzz-Building

  • Create and deliver social strategies that keep our products ahead of the curve.
  • Make our channels the first stop for new offers, campaigns, and surprises.
  • Keep things fast, bold, and meme-ready - always.

Content & Community

  • Craft scroll-stopping posts, memes, and clips people actually want to share.
  • Bring offers, giveaways, and launches to life in a way that feels native to each platform.
  • Keep the Discord community buzzing, active, friendly, fun, and on-brand.
  • Host events like Q&As, polls, and prediction challenges that spark engagement.
  • Moderate chats, support members, and surface great community moments.
  • Highlight standout user content and turn it into our product’s stories.
  • Turn real-time events (esports, crypto, culture) into our stories that drive clicks, chats, and conversions.

Social Media 

  • Craft and publish daily content across X, Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Write sharp, witty captions and schedule posts that hit the right moment.
  • Jump on memes, news, and viral trends fast, and keep our product in the mix.
  • Engage directly with fans and followers in a bold, authentic voice.
  • Support drops, offers, and campaigns across our social channels.

Creators & Collabs

  • Team up with streamers, KOLs, and meme masters to make content that hits.
  • Launch meme contests and community challenges that fuel organic growth.
  • Blend creativity with measurable impact, viral but with purpose.
  • Track influencer collabs, mentions, and campaign participation.

Creative & Collaboration

  • Spot trends before they peak, and jump on them before anyone else.
  • Bring ideas for memes, UGC campaigns, and content experiments.
  • Work with designers and editors to turn creative concepts into live posts.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and CRM teams to align campaigns with audience interest.
  • Keep content calendars and folders organized and running smoothly.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track what’s hitting, engagement, growth, and community buzz, then use data to plan smarter.
  • Share quick takeaways, weekly wins, viral lessons, and new ideas for what’s next.
  • Turn performance into ideas that keep our product ahead of the curve.
  • Experiment fast, learn faster, and innovate constantly.
