Project Manager $$$ Offline

We are excited to welcome an experienced Project Manager to our team to work on a profitable project.
 

What We Expect:
— 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
— Experience in writing technical specifications and process documentation.
— Strong communication skills and negotiation experience.
— Understanding the concept of win-win.
— Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
— Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
— Experience performing Business Analyst (BA) functions is a plus.
— Experience with Kanban, Scrum, Agile methodologies.
 

Responsibilities:
— Participating in product creation.
— Setting tasks for development, control, and acceptance.
— Managing processes from task status at each stage of its lifecycle to the final result.
— Writing technical documentation.
— Regularly preparing work reports and developing work plans.
— Controlling the quality of team work and managing team resources.
— Daily communication with both the team and the client.
