Senior SEO Specialist (iGaming) $$$ Offline

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independent management of multiple projects;
• Creating and implementing SEO strategies for projects;
• Collaboration with the content team;
• Collaboration with the link-building team;
• Collaboration with the development team;
• Achieving stated KPIs for projects;
• Mentoring and supervising junior and middle-level specialists;
• Testing hypotheses to improve project metrics and analyzing test results;
• Preparing presale audits for potential clients;
• Identifying and proposing growth opportunities for projects.
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with successful project promotion cases;
• At least 3 years of experience in igaming SEO;
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms (Google);
• English at B1 level or higher;
• Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy, including content strategy, technical optimization, link profile management, user experience (UX) improvement, and behavioral factor analysis;
• Knowing of HTML and CSS at a level sufficient for code analysis from a SEO perspective;
• Experience working with high-traffic and multi-regional websites;
• Deep understanding of all ranking factors;
• Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO;
• Proficiency in all industry-relevant tools;
• Ability to collaborate with developers, link-building specialists, content managers, and designers;
• Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses;
• Experience in log analysis and bot behavior tracking;
• Ability to defend and justify SEO strategies to business stakeholders;
• Understanding of project business metrics;
• Experience in building SEO dashboards;

• Mentoring of mid-level specialists (task supervision and guidance).

  
  Familiarity with cloaking methods is a plus and will be highly valued.
