Marketing Analyst (Technical)

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to help scale acquisition and retention through data — from clear channel performance insights to ensuring tracking and attribution are reliable. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of Marketing and Product, with strong impact on growth decisions.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze marketing channels and campaigns (CPA/ROI/ROAS/LTV, retention).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for the marketing team.
  • Identify insights across funnels/cohorts/player segments and propose optimizations.
  • Ensure measurement accuracy: GA4/GTM setup, events, UTM hygiene, basic attribution.
  • Help teams investigate metric discrepancies and improve data quality.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in marketing/product analytics (ideally in a performance-driven environment).
  • Strong SQL and solid understanding of core marketing metrics.
  • Hands-on with GA4/GTM and BI tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau/Metabase).
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with Marketing/Product stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • iGaming / online casino experience.
  • BigQuery / Amplitude / AppsFlyer (if mobile is relevant).
  • Basic Python, server-side tracking/CAPI.
  • Understanding of forecasting fundamentals (e.g., how LTV/churn/conversion forecasts are built).
