We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented General HR / Office Manager to help us keep things running smoothly, take care of the team, and contribute to HR initiatives within the company.
What you’ll do:
- Handle office operations and documentation.
- Support daily team needs and ensure smooth office functioning.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires. - Hold 1:1 meetings with employees to gather feedback and support engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team on adaptation and communication processes.
- Help organize corporate events, team activities, and internal initiatives.
Participate in improving internal processes and the company’s work culture.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as an Office Manager or HR Assistant.
- Experience in onboarding or internal communications is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills. - Confident user of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar).
- Responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Understanding of IT company specifics will be an advantage.
