Now they’re seeking a communications partner — a PR Manager who can combine strategy, creativity, and charisma.

Your mission

• Build and execute the company’s communication strategy together with the founders.
• Shape and elevate the public image of the brand and its leaders.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns — from ideas to key visuals, teasers, and presentation materials.
• Lead the SMM team and keep the content pulse alive.
• Oversee the company’s public perception and media presence.
• Coordinate PR activities, events, and partnerships.
• Prepare founders for key conferences, panels, and industry appearances.
• Create visual and presentation materials that speak without words.
• Promote Ukrainian and international projects that carry real cultural weight.

What you’ll achieve

• Craft communications that don’t just tell stories — they set the tone.

What makes you the right fit

• 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand management (ideally with both Ukrainian and European exposure).
• Excellent sense of aesthetics — both visual and contextual.
• Deep understanding of media, culture, and audience psychology.
• Fluent English (B2+), confident in public communication.
• Energy, adaptability, and the ambition to grow with a brand that has a mission.
