Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork)

Responsibilities:
✦ Generating and qualifying new leads through various online channels (primarily Upwork).
✦ Writing engaging and personalized outreach messages to potential clients.
✦ Managing and updating lead databases (CRM).
✦ Creating and maintaining lead lists for outreach and nurturing.
✦ Using automation tools to streamline Upwork outreach and bidding processes.
✦ Researching and testing new lead generation channels and tools.
✦ Supporting communication with active and high-potential leads.
✦ Contributing to brainstorming sessions for new sales tactics and outreach strategies.

Requirements:
✦ English proficiency at B1 level or higher (spoken and written).
✦ At least 6 months of experience in lead generation or completed relevant courses.
✦ Experience with Upwork: profile management, bidding, proposal writing, and automation.
✦ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
✦ Attention to detail, structured thinking, and curiosity in testing new approaches.
✦ Strong communication and research skills.
