About the Role
Weβre looking for a talented and motivated Customer Success Manager to help our teachers and schools get the most out of Classtime.
Youβll onboard and support new customers, build long-term relationships, and ensure our users experience the full value of our platform.
You enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and making an impact in education. Youβre proactive, structured, and confident in managing customer interactions while being the first point of contact for occasional support inquiries.

What Youβll Do
- Onboard, train, and support new customers in using Classtime effectively
- Build trusted relationships and help customers achieve their goals
- Proactively monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for improved adoption and growth
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and problem-solving
- Collect feedback, generate testimonials, and share customer insights across teams
- Handle incoming customer support requests (email, chat, or phone) and coordinate with Product/Tech teams
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive customer success and retention
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting (SaaS, EdTech, or E-learning a plus)
- Native-level German and good English communication skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - written and verbal
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Pipedrive, Slack, Notion)
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for improving education
- Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
