Requirements

Must have:

  • Around 5 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • 1+ year of marketing experience in an IT outsourcing or software development company.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation funnels and agency marketing specifics.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO fundamentals.
  • Solid knowledge of website management (Webflow, and similar CMS).
  • Hands-on experience working with freelancers (copywriters, designers).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, and similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and team player.
  • Excellent English (ะ’2+), ability to proofread and edit marketing content.
     

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or website structure.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make.com).
  • Familiarity with paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Experience in industry research and segmentation for B2B audiences.
  • Knowledge of AI-based software (ChatGPT, Jasper, Surferseo, etc.).
     

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update website content (collaborate with developer and designer on improvements, structure, and SEO).
  • Review and edit content produced by copywriters (landing pages, blog posts, case studies).
  • Manage design production: coordinate briefs, review visuals, and ensure alignment with brand tone.
  • Research target industries, competitors, and trends to support GTM strategy and positioning.
  • Working with retargeting in Google to catch lead and provide support for lead generation.
  • Participate in sharpening ICP, buyer personas, value proposition and bran messaging.
  • Manage and optimize listings (Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, etc.).
  • Support on events, webinars and other activities.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Support SEO and content optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to shape messaging, targeting, and campaign priorities.
