Social Media Manager (SMM)

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, increasing brand awareness, and engaging our audience across multiple platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow HotelFriend’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each channel.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to promote campaigns, webinars, and product updates.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on KPIs and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or B2B.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and content planning tools is a plus.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
