About the role:

We are looking for a creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. We are developing an AI-powered web-project MySpicy.ai focused on AI virtual dating experience.

About you:

• Knowledge of building email marketing strategies
• Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns
• Experience with customer segmentation and targeted advertising
• Experience with deliverability
• Familiar with A/B testing
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Knowledge of ESP (OneSignal) and Google Analytics
• Experience with customer.io

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Klaviyo, eSputnik, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Sendinblue

Your impact:

• Maintenance of ESPs to monitor and respond to bounces, unsubscribes, and complaints
  Creating emails sequences & funnels to drive sales
• Conducting market research to understand customers needs and wants
• Segmentation of the database to optimize selling strategies
• Collaborating with graphic designers to create highly converting email copies
• Optimizing existing flows to improve deliverability, open and click rates, and conversion
