SMM Manager

About 

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and driving brand awareness across digital channels.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and grow company accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Create and schedule high-quality posts (text, images, videos, stories, reels).
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and new platform features.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.

 

Requirements

  • 1+ year of proven experience as an SMM or Social Media Manager.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content strategies.
  • Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Basic skills in graphic design (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) or video editing are a plus.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the IT or tech industry.
  • Experience in paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Background in content creation or influencer marketing.
