E commerce PPC and Social Media Marketing Specialist

Filterway is a U.S.-based e-commerce brand specializing in high-quality water filtration systems and components. We sell across major platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and our official website, serving customers who value clean, safe, and great-tasting water.

We’re growing fast and looking for a PPC & Social Media Marketing Specialist who can drive measurable results through data-driven advertising, strategic content, and digital growth campaigns.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, optimizing for conversions, ROAS, and growth.
  • Plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
  • Create and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, captions, visuals) aligned with brand goals and tone.
  • Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, and CPA.
  • Track and analyze KPIs across campaigns (reach, engagement, follower growth, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on visuals and ad creatives that convert.
  • Manage Filterway’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with the community — respond to comments, DMs, and customer feedback.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and emerging ad formats to stay ahead of algorithm changes.
  • Suggest new ideas, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to expand reach and drive sales.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in PPC advertising and social media marketing, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, ad funnels, and audience behavior.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Hands-on skills in Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut for creating ad-ready visuals.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for ads and social media.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker who can balance ROI with brand authenticity.
  • Experience in Amazon PPC or marketplace advertising is a strong plus.
