Position: Content Creator (Crypto & Social Media)

Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST / 15:00 – 23:00 Kyiv Time

Type: Full-time / Contract

Experience: 2–3+ years in crypto content creation

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Content Creator with a strong background in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem to create engaging, high-impact content across Twitter (X), Reddit, and other social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for shaping the voice of the brand within the fast-moving space — producing authentic, insightful, and community-driven content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create daily posts, threads, memes, and long-form discussions for Twitter/X, Reddit, Telegram and others.
• Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice aligned with brand strategy — witty, credible, and native.
• Research and monitor the latest trends, news, and narratives to produce timely and viral content.
• Engage actively with communities through comments, DMs, and collaborations.
• Plan weekly content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
• Track content performance and optimize based on engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Collaborate with designers and editors on visuals, short clips, and memes to enhance storytelling.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in crypto-focused content creation or community management.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, DeFi, NFTs, and trading culture.
• Proven experience managing Twitter/X, Reddit, and Telegram accounts.
• Excellent written English — clear, sharp, and adapted to slang and tone.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results under deadlines.
• Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express) are a plus.
• Availability to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (15:00 – 23:00 Kyiv time).

• Work with time-tracking software (Hubstaff or similar) to log active work hours and tasks.

   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running or participating in crypto growth and shill campaigns.
• Active engagement or following in Twitter or Reddit communities.

• Familiarity with analytics dashboards (native platform or third-party).
